Ep. 4: Nowaki’s Insecurity and Hiro’s Secret Affection
Nowaki feels insecure about his relationship with Hiro and questions whether Hiro enjoys living with him. While pondering this, Hiro asks Nowaki to deliver materials to his university. There, Miyagi teases Hiro by using the name Hiroki, which irritates Hiro. Nowaki mistakenly believes he can use this name too, but Hiro refuses, hurting Nowaki. The next morning, Akihiko also calls Hiro Hiroki, prompting Nowaki to drag Hiro away. Back at their apartment, Nowaki remains troubled by the perceived gap between them. Hiro reassures him, stating his pride prevents him from ever catching up to Nowaki, and confesses his love. Nowaki realizes Hiro’s lack of proactivity stems from shyness. Hiro reveals he has a special name reserved for only one person: Hiro-san.
