Ep. 6: Hiroki misinterprets Nowaki's actions and Tsumori's presence as signs of impending breakup.

Hiroki finds Nowaki and his hospital senpai Tsumori asleep half-naked in his apartment. After being paged to work, Hiroki leaves Nowaki behind, only for Tsumori to re-enter and mention Nowaki plans to move out soon. Concluding Nowaki is tired of him, Hiroki reflects on his own relationship status with Miyagi at university. Later, Hiroki visits the hospital to deliver Nowaki's bag, where Tsumori intentionally hugs Nowaki to provoke jealousy. Enraged, Hiroki shoves Tsumori to the floor and flees. Nowaki chases after him and reveals his new house, asking Hiroki to move in as a surprise. Nowaki reaffirms his love and kisses Hiroki, who internally repeats his own confession repeatedly amidst the emotional tension.
