Ep. 2: Yui seeks a Gibson Les Paul but lacks funds, leading to part-time work and a final purchase.
Aired on April 10, 2009

Yui and her friends go shopping for a guitar, where Yui becomes interested in a Gibson Les Paul. However, the instrument costs more than her 50,000 yen allowance. To earn the necessary funds, the group takes on part-time jobs as traffic survey counters. After two days of work, they have not accumulated enough money for the expensive guitar. Yui decides to let her friends keep their earnings and plans to buy a cheaper alternative. Despite this, she remains drawn to the Les Paul. Tsumugi, who is revealed to be the daughter of the music store's company president, intervenes. She successfully negotiates with the shopkeeper, allowing Yui to purchase the Gibson Les Paul for exactly 50,000 yen.
