Ep. 4: The band gathers at Tsumugi's coastal villa for summer festival practice.
Aired on April 24, 2009

Mio discovers old light music club recordings in the club room, inspiring her to organize summer training for the upcoming school festival. Concerned about expenses, the group travels by train to Tsumugi’s seaside villa. Despite Mio’s determination to rehearse, she is distracted by the other members and spends time playing instead. After evening practice, she is moved by Yui playing guitar near fireworks and shares her goal to match the previous club’s skill level. However, her enthusiasm turns to horror when the tape reveals a shrieking vocalist on the reverse side. To lift Mio’s spirits, Yui performs a flawless guitar solo and masters a new vibrato technique.
