Torpedoes strike the Crescent Base, causing it to sink while engineers hesitate to abandon their research. Ken and Jun persuade the staff to prioritize their lives and escape. Inside, Nambu destroys data but becomes trapped under a fallen computer. The God Phoenix detects explosions and returns, but a second torpedo attack traps the aircraft in the hangar. Ken and Jun reach Nambu’s room, yet the power outage prevents entry. As the base tilts into a trench, the God Phoenix breaks free. Joe and Jinpei navigate flooded corridors to join Ken and Jun. Using a burner from Joe’s airgun, they open the door and rescue Nambu. The aircraft separates from the sinking structure. The Science Ninja Team watches the base descend, but Nambu warns that Galactor could retrieve the data. Consequently, Ken fires Bird Missiles, destroying the Crescent Base completely.
