Following the battle, Toshihiko encounters Bon, who discloses his lineage as Ōba's son. Bon explains that his father forced him to use the Kemonozume to gain strength, a path he rejects. Instead, Bon expresses a simple desire for friendship and agrees to assist Toshihiko in confronting and defeating his father.
