Ep. 11: Kazuma faces betrayal as Ōba seizes control and Rie undergoes horrific transformation.

While Kazuma recovers from the failed siege at Gakuto's hideout, daily life continues with the remaining Kifūken members. Rie grows closer to Kazuma, filling the void left by Toshihiko. Ōba announces his plan to take over the Kifūken, shocking Kazuma who refuses to surrender. As most members desert, Ōba demonstrates his power using the Kemonozume. Desperate to restore their former life, Rie volunteers to become a Kemonozume. Despite Toshihiko's pleas, she undergoes a drugged surgery where her arms are replaced with Shokujinki limbs. Ōba provokes her rage to fight Yuka, tempting her to succumb to her urges, but she resists. Upon revealing he gave Rie Gakuto's arms, Ōba incites a monstrous battle between the two women, which Rie loses. Meanwhile, Kazuma learns Harumi was his mother and that he is a Flesh Eater. He begs Knife to kill him, but after consuming octopus and alcohol, he loses control and kills Knife instead.
