A Phantom Labor threatens Sashiki after destroying a Holly Security Services unit. Captain Fuwa attempts to lure it into military training grounds with her team, but Division 2 is ordered to stay away. Despite an immediate beam attack upon deployment, Fuwa’s forces proceed, prompting Kanuka to lead the engagement. Ohta suffers severe injuries during the fight, though Fuwa rescues him by driving the enemy back. Ohta detects a second armed Labor assisting the Phantom. Meanwhile, Kurosaki seeks battle data and orders his team to force Noa to surrender her movement disc. Noa becomes the sole target, forced to fight the Phantom Labor alone without backup, facing the additional threat of the hidden second unit.
