Ep. 29: Food delivery fails at SV2 as Ohta and mechanics vanish on reclaimed landfill
Aired on May 23, 1990

29
Located on an isolated reclaimed landfill, the SV2 hangars struggle with food shortages, relying solely on the Shanghai Restaurant for deliveries. When a routine order fails to arrive and the delivery boy disappears, Ohta calls the restaurant to complain but accidentally insults the staff. As hunger intensifies, Ohta apologizes, yet the restaurant refuses night deliveries due to stray dogs and a lack of personnel. After waiting for hours, Ohta offers to escort the delivery team himself but fails to return. Several hours later, the mechanics depart to locate Ohta, but they too vanish without a trace. The episode concludes with the unresolved mystery of where Ohta and the mechanics have gone and why they failed to come back.
