Utsumi and Kurosaki escape Three-S with the Griffin, prompting the Schaft division manager to order their capture. Captain Goto learns the crash was staged and the Griffin Labor remains hidden, upsetting Noa who refuses to fight it. After Three-S tracks Utsumi, he takes the Griffin to Tokyo to demonstrate its capabilities. Matsui pursues them, revealing plans to enter the Babylon Project via the Castle Gate by boat. Three-S intends to intercept Utsumi there, while Division 2 attempts to block them. With Ohta's Ingram unavailable, Noa must operate alone against the pursuing forces.
