Noa is selected as the next subject for the show, which highlights women in the workplace. The broadcast proceeds smoothly until the team is dispatched to prevent a man from crashing his Labor into a fuel depot. During the standoff, Momoko attempts to conduct her report between Division 2 and the suspect. The criminal seizes Momoko as a hostage, forcing Noa to intervene and rescue her to avoid negative publicity for the division.
