Chief Fukushima orders Division 2 to participate in Momoko Sakurayama’s television program, The Working Girl, to boost public relations. Noa is selected as the next subject for the show, which highlights women in the workplace. The broadcast proceeds smoothly until the team is dispatched to prevent a man from crashing his Labor into a fuel depot. During the standoff, Momoko attempts to conduct her report between Division 2 and the suspect. The criminal seizes Momoko as a hostage, forcing Noa to intervene and rescue her to avoid negative publicity for the division.
