Sawako confesses she cannot assist Kurumi in confessing to Kazehaya, prompting Kurumi to yell that she must work harder than cute popular girls. Sawako wonders if she only likes Kazehaya because he is nice, or if she would like any guy who treated her similarly. During the Sports Day competitions, Sawako’s class wins their first soccer match. She convinces Kurumi to watch Kazehaya play in the boys' match. While talking, Sawako states she always thought of Kazehaya as special. Kurumi suggests this is because Sawako does not talk to many guys and should try talking to others. Suddenly, Ryuu (Sanada) saves Sawako from a rogue pitch. Kurumi then suggests that Sawako should talk to Ryuu more.
