Hajime identifies Tetsuo Tsuzuki as the murderer of Goryu Tachibana, Kon Omura, Wataru Tokito, Ohei Katsura, and Nonaka Tomomi. Tsuzuki confesses to saving his 10-year-old daughter Mizuho, who suffers from kidney failure, after a failed transplant. Desperate, he smuggled organs for a crime boss, but Tachibana threatened exposure. Tsuzuki then commits suicide by stabbing himself, requesting his remaining kidney be donated to Mizuho.
