Ep. 2: Kasel and Frey discover demon victims and meet the Black Edge in the King's Forest.

Kasel and Frey arrive at the King's Forest, discovering the bodies of soldiers slain by demons. They fail to locate Clause before demons and their witch leader attack. The Black Edge intervenes, saving them and explaining their mission. Later, sorceress Cleo and her companion Roi find the pair and transport them to the flying tower of Sage Dominicus, who has healed the injured Clause. The following day, Dominicus reveals to Kasel that he is the son of the legendary King Kyle, who defeated the Dark Lord Angmond a century ago. Concurrently, Riheet presents his findings to the royal court of Orvelia. Moriham leverages this information to suggest an alliance with the elves and orcs, mirroring Kyle's actions from a hundred years ago. Secretly, however, Morihem intends to usurp power from the court and become chancellor of Orbellia.
