Ep. 22: Pavel guides Kasel to the World Tree amid attacks and Maria's mysterious past revealed

Pavel leads Kasel and his companions toward the World Tree through the forest of Elladora. They face an assault from Malduk, Maria, and the resurrected Angmund, causing the group to fall into the surrounding river. Maria unexpectedly saves them and requests that Kasel protect Pavel. Lorraine and Selene locate the wounded Pavel and use the forest's life force to heal him. Kasel alerts them to Angmund's return. Maria tries to discuss Kyle with Kasel, but Lorraine reveals that Maria was formerly a saintist who worshipped Lua before switching her devotion to Leia, the goddess of darkness, following an unspecified incident.
