Ep. 1: Tohru works at a maid cafe using dark magic before fighting Ilulu who transforms Kobayashi.

Tohru takes a job at a nearby Maid Café during her free time, where Kobayashi and Kanna discover she has become the head chef. She enchants the food with dark magic, ensuring the business's success, but eventually decides to quit. Reluctantly, she agrees to teach the other maids how to use dark magic instead. Several days later, Ilulu, an extremist from the Chaos Faction, attacks the city and berates Tohru for coexisting with humans. Tohru is at a disadvantage while protecting the city until Kobayashi bribes Elma with sweets to assist. With Elma's help, Tohru fights with full power and defeats Ilulu. Ilulu later returns and attempts to seduce Kobayashi, but fails. Believing Kobayashi is not attracted to her because she is also female, Ilulu retreats for a while, but not before transforming Kobayashi into a male.
