During the second day of their field trip, Komi, Katō, and Sasaki eat takoyaki and feed deer, though they fall behind schedule. Sasaki unexpectedly rescues Komi using yo-yo skills, which she later denies despite evidence of her professional status. After Komi expresses gratitude, Sasaki demonstrates her talent. The group discusses romantic feelings, prompting Komi to write the first letter of her crush’s name. The following day, Komi sleeps on the train until Katō and Sasaki engineer a situation where she rests her head on Tadano’s shoulder. Upon waking, Komi apologizes, and Tadano asks if she enjoyed the trip, to which she agrees.
