Ep. 5: Komi and friends build snowmen, fight kids, visit Yuiko for New Year's, and pray at a shrine.

Komi, Tadano, and Najimi construct snowmen, with Tadano assisting his friends in building a large figure. Komi places her creation beside Tadano's small one. The group then engages in a snowball fight with elementary school children, joined reluctantly by Komi. Tadano’s team easily defeats the kids, but Yamai betrays her teammates to protect Komi, earning admiration from the children. Later, Komi and her family visit Yuiko’s home for New Year’s Eve. Komi reunites with Akira, who teaches her hanafuda, but Yuiko defeats Akira in a wager, taking her New Year’s money. Komi avenges Akira. On New Year’s Day, Komi visits a shrine with her grandmother. Yuiko asks if Komi’s previous wish came true, which Komi confirms. After a friend mentions a miko’s unavailability, Komi joins Inaka at a stall. Komi thanks Inaka, wishing for their friendship to continue this year.
