Ashe alerts Ciel that a Preston monastery is controlled by a cult aiming to overthrow the government. Ciel and Sebastian join Grell and the Undertaker after discovering stolen cinematic records. They travel to the site where Sebastian seduces nun Mathilda Simmons to investigate. The group learns the cult employs a strange doomsday book to recruit members by exposing their pasts. Ciel, Sebastian, and Grell observe a cleansing ceremony in the cathedral. Later that night, Ciel is abducted by Angela, who reveals her true identity as an angel.
