Lord El-Melloi II-sei no Jikenbo: "Rail Zeppelin" Grace note - Hakamori to Neko to Majutsu-shi

A high-ranking mage and head of the Modern Magecraft Theories department, Lord El-Melloi II delivers a lecture to his students before meeting with other officials. During the gathering, he criticizes fellow Lords focused on political maneuvering, prompting a retaliatory curse. The next day, while traveling with his apprentice Gray, he witnesses a cat hit by a car. The cat had often appeared near his quarters. El-Melloi II recognizes the incident as an assassination attempt and begins an investigation with Gray, Flat, and Svin to identify the responsible party.
