Fifteen years ago, Keitarou Urashima promised an unnamed girl with an indistinct face that they would attend Tokyo University together. He remains determined to honor this commitment. During a visit to his grandmother Hina, he unexpectedly assumes management of the Hinata Apartments. The building is inhabited exclusively by female residents who display exaggerated personalities. Keitarou must navigate his new responsibilities as the sole male caretaker while continuing his efforts to achieve his academic goal and fulfill his past vow.
