Ep. 3: Naru confronts her feelings while Keitaro clarifies his bond with Kanako in the annex.

Strange dreams featuring Moe as a guide reveal hidden emotions after the group stays in the annex. Naru struggles to express her love for Keitaro, frustrating Shinobu, Matoko, and Kanako. Kanako attempts to uncover their true feelings using disguises but finds Naru too confused. Although both characters are in love, Naru fears facing Shinobu and Motoko. Kanako lures Keitaro by impersonating Naru, prompting him to explain that he loves her only as a sister. This declaration breaks the annex's spell, transporting Keitaro and Kanako to the top floor. There, Keitaro apologizes for forgetting his promise to Kanako while reaffirming their sibling bond. Meanwhile, Naru navigates through her friends to reach the clock and retrieve a ring. She successfully confesses her love to Keitaro Urishima, with Moe assisting them as one of his promise girls.
