As the group arrives, the High Priest attempts to flee and crown Princess Dolma abroad with a fake Bloody Teardrop to seize power. Jigen and Goemon disarm his men while Lupin and Ami persuade Dolma to join them. The High Priest tries to negotiate with Lupin, but Ami secretly broadcasts the interaction online, causing the Priest to lose his remaining support. Dolma then assumes leadership of Padar, publicly affirming its sovereignty against external interference and uniting her people. Following these events, Ami confesses her love to Lupin, while Fujiko refrains from revealing her true feelings for him to Zenigata.
