Louie continues to struggle with sword training under Genie’s guidance. At their usual bar, Melissa introduces an annual wine-carrying race, prompting Louie to challenge Genie to determine the superior fighter. On race day, the trio encounters Conrad, who intends to use his horse. Genie predicts Conrad will lose his mount in the rugged terrain, yet the knight remains unusually confident. Conrad falls from his horse while attempting to jump a gorge. As Merrill takes the lead, Louie and Genie argue over the outcome. Conrad reaches a wooden bridge and attempts to destroy it to block his pursuers. Merrill throws a knife near Conrad’s face, but he catches it and severs the bridge while Louie and Genie are on it. Maril kicks Conrad off, causing him to grab her foot before falling into the water. Later, Genie and Louie engage in a fierce dispute over a wine bottle. Ultimately, Conrad’s horse is declared the winner as fireworks illuminate the sky.
