Miki entirely forgets about Valentine's Day, anxiously waiting for Yuu to return home so she can present her last-minute chocolate. Meanwhile, Arimi overhears Ginta boasting to Tsutomu about his Valentine's haul and yells at him, later admitting she merely wanted to tease him. Meiko returns from Hiroshima, where she met Namura's parents and formalized her engagement, noting she still has a whole year to work on her own parents' approval. In the park, Tsutomu hears a girl get rejected and goes to comfort her, only to discover she is Yayoi, the girl he met on New Years.
