Miki remains home alone when the new exchange student arrives, mistakenly greeting him as Yuu and embarrassing herself with poor English. The visitor is Michael Grant, a first-year student from New York who behaves like an enthusiastic weeaboo. Because Miki and Yuu hid their romantic relationship from him, Michael openly flirts with Miki while touring the city. Meanwhile, Suzu’s father urges Yuu to study abroad at Michael’s former school. Yuu remains hesitant about this opportunity, knowing that Miki would strongly oppose him leaving her behind, creating tension between his future plans and their secret relationship.
