Following the passing of his grandfather, shamisen player Matsugorou Sawamura, Setsu Sawamura relocates from Aomori to Tokyo, having abandoned his instrument. After fainting in Roppongi, he is rescued by aspiring actress Yuna Tachiki. The group spends time together, including with Taketo, a rock guitarist. Setsu remembers he quit playing due to his grandfather's final wish. Before Taketo’s concert, tension rises, causing delays that irritate the crowd. To resolve the situation, Setsu performs an impromptu shamisen piece that gains viral attention. As spring begins, Yuna departs her talent agency to pursue better opportunities, sharing this decision with Setsu.
