Genta accidentally breaks a vase while hitting a baseball into Haramoto's house. The group enters to apologize and discovers Haramoto is dead. Conan deduces the victim knew the killer. Manda acts suspiciously, particularly when he interrupts the housekeeper regarding Haramoto's mystery project. Conan alerts the police, who arrive at Manda's house and arrest him.
