Yoko escorts the Detective Boys on a tour of a television studio, where they encounter Onizuka Satan, a visual kei rock vocalist. The group seeks his autograph and locates his dressing room. Meanwhile, a makeup-free Satan meets with station director Tenji Urushihara and kills him. When the boys meet Satan in full costume, he provides the autograph. An employee discovers Urushihara’s body, prompting police arrival. Authorities suspect Satan, but he argues that his elaborate makeup and costume would have made leaving the room without detection impossible. He further claims that the absence of a mirror in his dressing room prevented him from applying the makeup, thereby clearing his name. Despite this alibi, Conan remains convinced that Satan is the murderer.
