Ep. 491: Conan investigates Eisuke's search for his missing sister who resembles Rena Mizunashi

While visiting a hospitalized friend, Conan, Ran, and Sonoko encounter Eisuke, who is searching local hospitals for his long-lost sister, who resembles Rena Mizunashi. Conan suspects Eisuke already knows Rena is hospitalized due to an accident. To verify if Rena is indeed his sister, the group attempts to contact Koushi Anno, a devoted fan of Rena. When they cannot reach him, they visit his mother and discover that Kōshi recently requested money to pay off a rival company during a business meeting scheduled for that day.
