During a visit to a movie set, a person wearing a Gomera costume stabs the film's director. Conan identifies the actor playing Gomera as the culprit, who stabbed himself to create a false alibi. His close friend on set assisted him due to hatred for the victim. The killer explains that the victim intended to cancel the Gomera franchise and stole his script for a new film. Instead, the movie became a success, leading to more sequels. The killer now writes these scripts while imprisoned, continuing the franchise he originally wanted to end.
