Dr. Agasa sends Conan, Rachel, and Richard to a mystery tour at Izu Princess Hotel Private Beach. The host disguises as Night Baron, a Booker Kudo character, leaving clues to identify him. Winners receive a free room and likely malicious software. Other guests include Romero Rojas, Heidi Camino, Mark McKean, Winston Cadbury, Clarissa Bunn, karate champion Cliff Reed, and his girlfriend Audra Kelly. Tensions rise when Richard is present. The Night Baron appears on the balcony, pushing Conan into the pool. Conan deceives Rachel to prevent departure, questioning the virus giveaway. Later, the Night Baron falls from the sky and is impaled on a statue below.
