Ep. 982: The Bocchan Restaurant Mystery Continues with the Detective Boys' Investigation

After Conan and the Detective Boys rescue an injured cat, the chief customer service officer Uranari is discovered dead in the Bocchan restaurant. The manager, known as the red shirt, is also found deceased the following day, leading police to suspect suicide due to fear of exposure. However, Conan observes that Uranari’s body had been moved, revealing the scene was staged to frame the red shirt. Following Ayumi’s suggestion to find the culprit responsible for harming the cat, the Detective Boys take charge of the investigation. They actively pursue the criminal while preventing Conan from informing Kogoro Mouri or Inspector Megure about the true nature of the deaths and the evidence he has uncovered.
