Conan travels to the Residential area to save Lana, discovering numerous bombs after stopping one. As the town floods, Lana sacrifices herself to protect the residents, allowing Lepka to seal the exit and trap everyone inside. Conan escapes with Dyce and Jimsy, rescuing Mosley just before his execution. Meanwhile, Lana is placed on a plank high in the tower and faints. The residents subsequently storm the Triangle Tower, successfully taking control of the building during the chaotic events.
