After Conan rescues Lana from Industria soldiers, he is knocked unconscious and Lana is captured. Orlo assumes leadership of the island while Conan vows to save the villagers and flees. At the fish reserve, Gil introduces a new explosive device to Conan. Conan attaches the bomb to the ship's hull but discovers Lana is aboard. He sneaks onto the vessel and is subsequently captured. Conan encounters the Captain, and the bomb detonates, sinking the Gun Boat. Conan descends into the wreckage and successfully rescues Lana from the sunken ship.
