Ep. 11: Wen Sect Assault on Lotus Pier and the Escape of Wei Wuxian and Jiang Cheng

The Wen sect attacks Lotus Pier, breaching its shield when Wen Zhuliu kills the maintaining Jiang. Fire arrows ignite the area as Yu Ziyuan leads her sons into battle. Overwhelmed, she forces Wei Wuxian and Jiang Cheng onto a boat for safety. After a tearful farewell, Yu Ziyuan gives Zidian to Jiang Cheng and compels Wei Wuxian to protect him. Paralyzed by the whip, they drift away, witnessing Jiang Fengmian’s return. Upon returning, they find over 1500 dead cultivators. Seeing their parents dead near Wen Chao, Jiang Cheng draws Wen Zhuliu’s attention. Wen Ning intervenes twice, allowing their escape to a forest. Jiang Cheng strikes Wei Wuxian, blaming him for saving Lan Wangji and provoking the Wen, while grieving his parents.
