Ep. 24: Chisaki flees to surface while Tsumugu plans Ofunehiki using Manaka's stone to restore her memories.

Chisaki returns to the surface and meets Kaname, who encourages her to confess her love for Tsumugu. She refuses, fearing it betrays her past feelings for Hikari. That night, Akira shows Manaka a love letter, deepening her sadness over her inability to remember love. The next day, Isamu tells Chisaki that the Ojoshi never reunited with her lover, who drowned while chasing her. Tsumugu then takes Hikari and Kaname to Uroko, proposing another Ofunehiki to return Manaka's true feelings by using her stone in the Ojoshi doll. Uroko agrees, and residents prepare for the event. When Chisaki intends to become the Ojoshi, Tsumugu reprimands her, and Kaname overhears. Sayu confronts Kaname, confessing her feelings and urging honesty. Kaname thanks her, noting his changed view. As the festival nears, Hikari tells Manaka he has something important to share afterward.
