Ep. 22: Hikari searches for Uroko while temperatures drop and Manaka's lost memories complicate his feelings.

Hikari and his friends search for Uroko without success as the country experiences rapid cooling and snow. Professor Mihashi returns to the university, while Tsumugu stays behind, revealing to Kaname that he wishes to remain near Chisaki. Hikari discovers that Manaka has lost memories of their shared experiences, including his confession. Later, Hikari and Miuna meet Uroko at a shrine, who explains that Manaka became an Ojoshi for the Sea God, delaying planetary cooling until her return. The original Ojoshi was allowed to return but lost her memories of love. Hikari realizes his feelings cannot reach Manaka in her current state.
