Naruto and Jiraiya discover that the village is under the control of rebels from the Hidden Rain Village. These insurgents are led by Hanzo's right-hand man. To address this threat, the two ninja decide to take action. Their primary objective is to help save the women and children who have been taken hostage. Additionally, they aim to free the village from the Rain's tyrannical control. This event occurs during the Past Arc known as The Locus of Konoha arc, which is identified as episode 13 out of 21 in the series.
