Yamato and Kakashi hold Tobi, who claims he wants to speak with Naruto and explain Itachi regarding Sasuke. At the Summit, Ay and his guards depart to intercept Sasuke after accidentally killing a White Zetsu, while Danzo defends his manipulation of Mifune as necessary for unifying the Shinobi Nations, a view Onoki rejects. Gaara questions the Kage’s morality before following Ay, accompanied by his siblings and Kurotsuchi. Meanwhile, Sasuke brutally kills samurai as Taka observes his changed demeanor. Jugo activates his Curse Mark to help Suigetsu fight the Raikage and Darui, while Sasuke uses genjutsu on Cee to allow Karin to find Danzo. Ay defeats Jugo and then engages Sasuke.
