Ep. 262: Kankuro leads a commando unit to ambush Kabuto but faces Deidara and Sasori in enemy territory.

Kankuro commands a team including Sai, Omoi, Taji, and Ittan to locate Kabuto and disrupt the Reanimation Jutsu. They are ambushed by Deidara and Sasori, who use Muta Abarame as a suicide bomber. Taji is injured while trying to save Muta, and Ittan destroys their outpost to prevent the blast. Tokuma and Ranka attack the group until Omoi feints at Deidara to sever Sasori’s chakra strings, saving the allies. Kankuro pulls Sasori down as the outpost rises. Sai joins the battle and recognizes his brother Shin among the enemies. Kankuro recalls their past conflict and summons Sasori’s puppet body to confront the puppet master in his true form.
