Ep. 28: Team Guy Overcomes Exhaustion to Defeat Clones While Naruto and Sakura Press On

Might Guy, Neji, Lee, and Tenten struggle against their clones until Neji uses his Byakugan to report that Sasori is dead and Sakura and Chiyo are alive. Guy explains that the team is weakening due to chakra exhaustion, unlike the tireless clones. Lee suggests they must become stronger than they were when releasing the scroll. Memorizing Guy’s training, the group invents new moves unknown to their opponents and defeats them. Meanwhile, Naruto tells Kakashi he will find another way to defeat Deidara if plans fail. Sakura urges the poisoned Chiyo to return to the Hidden Sand, but Chiyo refuses, insisting she must complete her most important task first.
