Ep. 462: Hagoromo battles Kaguya and Hamura, evolves his eyes, and seals his mother to save the world.
After receiving a sage seal from Gamamaru, Hagoromo confronts Kaguya, who commands a brainwashed Hamura to attack him. Hagoromo’s Sharingan evolves into the Rinnegan, allowing him to use the seal to restore Hamura’s free will. Together, the brothers defeat Kaguya, who merges with the God Tree to become the Ten-Tails. After months of battle, they seal her inside Hagoromo. He researches the Infinite Tsukiyomi to free captives, divides Kaguya’s chakra into tailed beasts, and seals the Gedo Statue on the moon. Hamura leaves with his family to watch over their mother, while Hagoromo, revered as the Sage of Six Paths, spreads Ninshu. Black Zetsu, created by Kaguya moments before her sealing, reveals his true purpose is to manipulate events for her eventual return.
