Ep. 458: Itachi learns of Sasuke and Naruto while Madara is betrayed by Black Zetsu before Kaguya's revival.

Itachi gathers intelligence on Sasuke’s Sharingan and Chidori, as well as Naruto’s existence, during his Akatsuki mission. Sasuke concludes his recollection of Itachi’s memories. On the battlefield, the Infinite Tsukuyomi’s light fades and Sasuke dismisses his Susanoo. Madara mocks the survivors, criticizing Hashirama’s ideals, but Black Zetsu stabs him through the heart. As Madara’s body swells with chakra, Sasuke and Naruto try to halt the plan. Black Zetsu reveals he is the will of Kaguya Otsutsuki, having manipulated events for eons, and explains that trapped humans will become White Zetsu. Dying, Madara realizes Black Zetsu altered the Stone Tablet to serve Kaguya’s goal of human extinction. His body is consumed and replaced by Kaguya, who rejoices at finally executing her plan to destroy humanity.
