Ep. 21: Chizuko and Kohei confront each other at the tower while civilians flee Tokyo.

Civilians panic and escape Tokyo following a second blast. Dr. Kayama and Ken defeat two children by exploiting their human-based enhanced bodies, causing muscle dislocation through constant use. Inside the tower, Kohei breaks the control panel before Chizuko can shut it down. She climbs to the top while Twenty Faces fails to pin Kohei down due to his enhanced strength. Kohei follows Chizuko, who attempts to bend the dish to change the beam's trajectory but succumbs to fatigue. The Anastasia Ruby she carries falls into the beam, shattering and destroying the dish to stop the attack. Chizuko tries to save Kohei from falling, but he stops her, satisfied with his successful experiment. Twenty Faces and Chizuko part ways, with Chizuko assuming the identity of the "Daughter of Twenty Faces" and giving him a new name. She informs Akechi that Twenty Faces died on the tower. Dr. Kayama and Ken form a new group, and life in Tokyo returns to normal. Chizuko and Tome travel to England to avoid the press.
