Twenty Faces distracts Kouhei to allow Chiko to rescue Shunka, but the pair is captured by Chiko. Ken and Dr. Kayama discuss Twenty Faces' legacy en route to Kouhei's laboratory. Kouhei gains the advantage by deploying human experiments against the captives, successfully inserting parameters that cause three large towers to appear in central Tokyo. As the city is consumed by light, Shunka escapes to create a distraction, enabling Twenty Faces to destroy the machines. After the chaos subsides, Chiko finds Twenty Faces lying motionless on the ground, leaving her shocked by his apparent defeat.
