Meanwhile, Safu is held at the correctional facility and treated as a sample by the researchers there.

Sep 16, 2011Nezumi questions Safu about her role in leading them to Mother, who was imprisoned in the Moon Drop for four years. As Yoming broadcasts to the dying city, Safu admits she is Elyurias and confesses her love to Shion. Nezumi plants an explosive on Mother and they flee, but Nezumi is shot. They attempt to escape via a garbage chute, where Shion is fatally shot in the heart. Inukashi and Rikiga arrive to interrogate Nezumi, while Dog Keeper urges evacuation as the building collapses. Nezumi refuses to leave, singing to the dying Shion. A spectral Safu appears, sings to Shion, and vanishes, revealing the true Elyurias. Shion miraculously revives. The pair exits the facility, and Nezumi kisses Shion, promising he will be fine before walking away toward the wall.
