Yamaoka, Kurita, and Tomii from Touzai News travel to Hong Kong for a Dragon Lee movie premiere. They attend a banquet hosted by Mr. En, a food connoisseur and production company president. Fuyumoto from Teito News insults the cuisine and behaves rudely. After Fuyumoto departs, Mr. En asks for help to become yacht club president to aid Vietnamese refugees. The position is decided by a food competition against Mr. Yō, a wealthy rival. Since Yō is an old acquaintance of Fuyumoto, Yamaoka agrees to join the contest specifically to face his rival.
