Ep. 51: Arakawa invites Tabata to an exhibition and the staff on a hike, prompting fitness concerns.

Photographer Seisaku Arakawa invites Kinue Tabata to his exhibition and the Culture Department staff on a hike in the Tanzawa Mountains. The Touzai employees struggle to keep up, leading Tabata, Hanamura, and Kurita to start jogging during their lunch breaks. Deputy director Tomii reads an article stating that men disliked by female colleagues are not promoted, so he invites the "Flower Trio" to lunch, but they repeatedly decline. Tomii becomes distressed, unaware that the women have been exercising. Yamaoka criticizes this habit due to central Tokyo car pollution and the use of imported lemons treated with harmful preservatives like TBZ. Later, Arakawa presents Tabata with a photo of her working, which Yamaoka dislikes because he is clearly visible sleeping at his desk in the background.
