Stocking undergoes a severe diet to lose weight but continues to grow larger until she becomes enormous. The root cause is identified as a heavy Ghost who refuses to diet, prompting Stocking to seek revenge. After successfully defeating the spirit, Stocking regains her original physique. Meanwhile, at Daten City High School, a lingerie run takes place where participants race in their underwear. This event is interrupted by a Ghost that consumes underwear, including the weapons of Panty and Stocking. Consequently, Panty is forced to utilize whatever underwear she can locate to continue the race and address the threat.
